It stands on the Hançer Canyon. It lies in the same area as Kaleboynu Castle. There is no precise information about its date, but it was very likely built in the Roman period. Today it is in a ruined state. These remains show that rough-hewn stone was used in its construction. According to local accounts, this area is one of the region's dense iron-ore zones. In the same vein, it is said that iron was worked at the castle during certain periods of history.
