Editor's Note
The walls of the madrasa, located outside the city walls, are partly standing. It is a single-storey madrasa with an open courtyard; the remains indicate that the building had pointed arches and was covered with barrel vaults. See PAÜ Beçin Excavation - Karapaşa Madrasa.
