Editor's Note
This fountain was built in AH 1279 / AD 1862-63 in the name of Timurizade Süleyman Ağa. However, the fountain's location was later changed, and the old inscription was mounted on the newly built fountain, making it the only original element (Akkaya, 2007:44). Water still flows from the fountain. The inscription is set on the façade of a structure with a rectangular plan and a flat-topped roof.
