Editor's Note
In the inscription on the mosque's crown portal it is referred to as the "Bezziye Han" (Bezzaziye/Drapers' Han). The repair inscription preserved today inside the tomb states that it was repaired and revived in 958 (1551) by a man named Çavuş Başı. Set on a rectangular space measuring 15.00 × 21.00 meters along the north-south axis, the covered bazaar is roofed with six domes carried by two masonry piers in the center and the arches springing from them to the walls. Shops are lined up all around the domed main hall.
