The Mor Yusuf Sevması Rock Monastery is located in the rocky area southeast of the Eskikale (Qelit Mera) neighbourhood of the Artuklu district of Mardin province, to the east of the Deyrulzafaran Monastery. The west facade of the monastery, unable to withstand the natural and climatic conditions, has collapsed.
