Chapel No. 3 of the Mor Behnam Rock Monastery is located in the rocky area north of the Deyrulzafaran Monastery, east of the Eskikale (Qelit Mera) neighbourhood of the Artuklu district of Mardin province. The west facade of the chapel, which was carved into the rock and lies to the west of the monastery, has completely collapsed. The square-plan chapel, measuring 2.40 x 2.40 m and with no identifiable entrance, has a ceiling height of 1.75 m. The bema to the east of the chapel is 1.40 m wide, 1.40 m deep and 1.80 m high.
