The Sheikh Yusuf Mosque lies in the Sar neighbourhood of the Artuklu district of Mardin Province. Built in 1965 according to the Mufti's Office sign, the mosque was constructed using cut stone. Set on a rectangular area, it is entered through an opening on the east. The prayer hall measures 12.65 m (east-west) by 7.40 m (north-south). On the south of the prayer hall is a mihrab, 1.0 m wide, 0.55 m deep and 2.60 m high, which appears to have been added later.
