The Mar Eliya El Hay (Mor Iliyo) Church lies west of Mar Eliya Hill, at the Koyici locality of the Ciftlikkoy (Cutulke) neighbourhood in the Artuklu district of Mardin Province. It is owned by the Foundation of the Syriac Orthodox Deyrulzafaran Monastery and Churches of Mardin. Used today as a holy place of pilgrimage, the structure is visited on Wednesdays and Fridays by people of various faiths. Although there are inscriptions on the church walls, no inscription or document indicating its construction date has been found.
