Located in Haşimiye Square near the historic Balıklıgöl complex of Şanlıurfa, the Gümrük (Customs) Inn, said to have been built in 1563 by Halhallı Behram Pasha, sanjak governor of Urfa, is referred to as the "Seventy Inn" in Evliya Çelebi's Book of Travels.
