The Tülmen Hayat Inn lies to the north of the Tülmen Primary School in the Tülmen Quarter of the Karaköprü district of Şanlıurfa. The inn was restored in 2014. Entry is from the south, through a sheet-metal-clad door set within a round arch of cut stone resting on two small columns. The keystone of the arch bears a floral motif. The inn has a "T"-shaped plan, and its interior is covered by a round-arched barrel vault. The entrance corridor runs north-south and measures 5.12 x 4.80 m. To the right and left of the entrance are stones set 1.60 m above the floor.
