The Boriş Rocky-Area Settlement of Arıca (Kafro) Village sits on bedrock and is enclosed by defensive walls built of cut and rubble stone; seven cisterns were carved into the hilltop to meet the settlement's water needs. Rock-cut tombs, niches, and rectangular and square structures are found at various points across the hill, and only irregular stone remains survive today. The settlement also contains two rock-cut dwellings, one a complex and the other single-roomed.
