The Şahsuvar Tomb is located about 1 km east of the Değirmenli (Susik) hamlet, which is attached to the Bayraklı (Girêsor) neighborhood of the Derik district of Mardin province. Bearing no foundation inscription, the date of the tomb's construction is unknown. Built of cut and rubble stone on a rectangular plot, the tomb is entered from the west through a rectangular opening set within a round arch, measuring 0.95 m wide, 0.70 m deep, and 1.65 m high. The tomb area is rectangular in plan, measuring 11.30 m east to west and 7.60 m north to south, and is divided into two naves.
