The Old Government House is the residence numbered 32 on 302nd Street in the Küçükpınar neighborhood of the Derik district, 78 km west of Mardin province. Positioned along a north–south axis on a sloping, quadrilateral plot, the building has a courtyard, an iwan, and two stories. It was constructed using the rubble-fill masonry technique with cut and finely cut stone. The ground floor consists of rooms on the south side of a courtyard with no defined boundary. The ground floor is entered through a double-leaf metal gate with a round arch on the north facade. The first floor is reached by a staircase on the west side of the courtyard.
