The Mehmet Şerif Süer Mansion is located in the Tepebağ (Tılbisım) neighborhood, 3 km south of the Derik district of Mardin province. The building is positioned along a north–south axis on a sloping, polygonal site. With a courtyard, terraces, and arcades, this two-story structure was built using the rubble-fill masonry technique with cut and rubble stone. The courtyard is entered through a double-leaf metal gate with a lintel and a semicircular fanlight on the north side. The ground floor consists of a stable and storage rooms. To the west of the rectangular, east–west courtyard is a ruined stable, and to its north is a latrine.
