The Mustafa Sarifakioglu Mansion, whose transfer of ownership was recorded in 1920, is located on Divanli Avenue in the Divanli neighborhood of the Dulkadiroglu district. The building was constructed on the northeast corner of the plot on sloping land. The mansion, which is a corner building, has a ground floor plus two upper floors, and there is a large courtyard to its north. The ground floor is built of rubble stone, while the other floors are built of brick. The building is entered through the door on the west side. The courtyard floor is paved with original tandir stone. There is a heart-shaped pool in the courtyard. The courtyard walls are built of stone and are high.
