Editor's Note
One of the many historic mansions found in Kahramanmaras and with a history of more than 100 years, the Kocabas Mansion was restored in 2010 and brought into tourism. The mansion sits on an irregular polygonal courtyard and consists of two stories over a basement. The perimeter wall is built of rubble stone. In the central part of the courtyard there is an octagonal pool added later. The building is used today as a restaurant.
