It is reported that the building, located within the grounds now used as the Kozan Girls' Vocational High School, formerly served as the state hospital and the girls' high school. There is an inscription above the entrance, which has since been walled up. The building is no longer in use. In the damage assessment carried out after the February 6 earthquakes, the structure, designated KO-14 and classified as an educational building, was rated "lightly damaged."
