No inscription is found on the structure, and judging by its plan features, the building is thought to have been built in the first half of the 17th century. Various accounts circulate about the bath's name, the strongest being that Keyvan Bey was a very wealthy man who played a role in its construction. Looking at the plan features of the bath, which has undergone repairs in various periods, we see that it consists of a cold room, a warm room, a hot room, and a furnace. Historical sources confirm that the cold section was originally covered by a dome, but information about its architecture remains limited.
