Editor's Note
The Hacı Yunus Ağa Madrasa (also known as the Cafer Ağa Madrasa) once stood near the Taş Köprü (Stone Bridge). In 1924 it was decided to establish the Adana Museum of Antiquities to display the region's archaeological riches, and the Cafer Ağa Madrasa was initially chosen as the museum building. After serving for a while, the structure was deemed unusable and a decision was made to demolish it, after which the museum's artefacts were moved to the Aya Nikola (St. Nicholas) Church.
