As the documents submitted to our Council showed that the cistern structure on parcel 13, block 179, held in private ownership within the bounds of Kirişçiler village, Kepez district, Antalya province, has the character of a cultural asset, it was decided, pursuant to Articles 3 and 6 of Law no. 2863, to register it as an 'Immovable Cultural Asset Requiring Protection'; to classify its conservation group as Group I in accordance with principle decision no. 660 of 5 November 1999 of the High Council for Conservation; and to define its protected area as shown on the attached 1/2000 and 1/10000 scale maps, as set out in Article 8 of the same law.
