The Harran Grand Mosque (also known as the Ulu Mosque or Cennet Mosque) is a mosque in the Harran district of Şanlıurfa. Regarded as the oldest mosque of Islamic architecture in Turkey, it was built between 744 and 750 during the Umayyad period by Caliph Marwan II.
