As the ancient structural remains identified by experts of the Antalya Regional Directorate for the Protection of Cultural Property on Güveren Hill, in the Gümüşgöze neighborhood of the Alanya district of Antalya Province, were understood to fall within the scope of Articles 3 and 6 of Law No. 2863, they were registered as immovable cultural property requiring protection. The boundary of the protected zone was defined as shown on the 1/10,000-scale map attached to our decision, and within the protected area Article 8 of Law No. 2863 applies.
