The tomb of Sheikh Yunus Efendi is located in the village of Karadere in the Gündoğmuş district of Antalya. Yunus Efendi was one of the region's important spiritual figures in the late Ottoman period. One of Karadere's spiritual leaders, Sheikh Büyük Yunus Efendi is thought to have lived between roughly 1700 and 1800, passing away in AH 1237 / AD 1821. Known as a friend of God, Yunus Efendi's tomb stands at the foot of the Taurus Mountains, in the İnnas locality, about 50 meters off the main road, in the shade of magnificent plane trees.
