Editor's Note
As the ancient settlement identified in the Emişbelen-Toslak neighborhood of the Alanya district of Antalya Province was understood to fall within the scope of Articles 3 and 6 of Law No. 2863, it was registered as a "First-Degree Archaeological Site" under Article 7 of the same law. The site boundaries were defined as shown on the 1/25000-scale map attached to our decision, the Principle Decisions of the High Council for Protection apply within the site, and the boundaries are to be marked on the plans and, per the principle decision, designated as a "First-Degree (To Be Preserved As Is)" area.
