Since the ancient settlement area 78 meters east of the highway in the Cemerler Neighborhood of the Akseki district of Antalya province was found to possess the qualities defined in Articles 3 and 6 of Law no. 2863, in accordance with Article 7 of the same law it was designated, as shown within the boundaries on the 1/25,000-scale map appended to our decision, as a First-Degree [Archaeological Site].
