It is located between Yavuz Street and Ayyildiz Street, which lead onto Kurtulus Avenue. This traditional structure, where the nuns lived next to the Christian seminary, is known as the Nuns' Mansion. Although the exact date of its construction is not known, it appears on French maps dated 1929, so the buildings are thought to have been built before that time, with an estimated history of about 150 years. The mansion, which survived the February 6 earthquake undamaged, was combined with neighboring plots in 2019 and repurposed as the Sam Franss Boutique Hotel.
