Located on Kurtulus Avenue, this building was constructed as housing for French soldiers during the French Mandate. No information has been found about the building's architect or master builders. Around the French Military Mansion you can see Antakya's typical courtyard-house typology, and most of the houses on the main avenue are used for commercial purposes. Unlike other Antakya houses, this two-story historic mansion, which bears the architectural features of the French Mandate period, has no courtyard. The walls of the ground floor are made of stone, with pointed arches.
