Editor's Note
The Andriake North Settlement area measures roughly 300 x 150 m. On the south side, within a marshy area, there are remains submerged below the water level. The North Settlement is surrounded on the west, north, and east by Byzantine period walls. At its center stands Church D. Outside the kastron, to the east, lies Church E. Two phases have been identified in the fortification walls.
