It was decided that the boundaries of the conservation area of the ancient tower and chapel remains - located within the boundaries of Yeniköy and Gökçeören villages in Antalya Province, Kaş District, and registered by decision No. 4782, dated 30 November 2000, of the Antalya Council for the Conservation of Cultural and Natural Heritage - be determined as marked with coordinates on the 1/2,000-scale cadastral plan attached to our decision, and that, within the conservation area of these structures designated as "Immovable Cultural Assets Requiring Protection," no intervention be carried out without permission from our Council in accordance with Article 8 of Law No. 2863.
