In the Tepe neighborhood of the Alanya district of Antalya Province, an on-site examination by experts from the Alanya Museum Directorate identified the remains of a Byzantine-period structure in the area designated as a park in the development plan, lying between parcel 6 of block 1741 and parcels 4–5 of block 1742. Since it was understood to fall within the scope of Articles 3 and 6 of Law No. 2863 on the Protection of Cultural and Natural Property, [it was assessed] under Article 7 of the same law.
