The Arpa Emini Fountain is an Ottoman-era fountain in the Topkapı quarter of Istanbul's Fatih district. As it bears no inscription its exact date is unknown, but its architecture suggests the 16th century, and land records attribute it to Süleyman I. Built mainly of cut küfeki stone with a marble face-stone and basin, it was restored by the Fatih Municipality in 2021 and its water runs.
