Editor's Note
An Ottoman-era fountain in the Balat neighbourhood of the Fatih district. As its inscription is missing, neither its builder nor its date is known. Once derelict, it was recently restored by the Fatih Municipality and its water restored. Çorbacı Street, which gives it its name, is also where the TV series Cennet Mahallesi was filmed.
