This Ottoman-era fountain on Hakimiyet-i Milliye Avenue near Üsküdar Square is known to have been commissioned by Tıflıgül Hanım, a concubine of Selim III. Once a wall fountain on the facade of a nearby house, it was moved to its present location in the 1960s and became a square fountain.
