Located in Istanbul's Beyoğlu district and also known as the Kethüda Yahya Ağa or Hatipzade Yahya Paşa Fountain, it was built in 1732-1733 by Yahya Ağa, the steward of Grand Vizier Hekimoğlu Ali Paşa.
