An Ottoman-period fountain on Sinan Ağa Çeşmesi Street, which it gives its name to, in the Ayvansaray neighborhood of Fatih. It has a plain mirror stone and two cup niches; its basin lies below road level, and the dilapidated, waterless structure has been screened off for protection by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. A same-named Lower Sinan Ağa Fountain stands in the same neighborhood.
