Panayır Adası ya da Ziraat Adası (Yunanca: Παναγία Panagia), Türkiye'nin Aydın ili sınırları içinde yer alan Güllük Körfezi'nde bir ada. Didim kıyılarına yaklaşık 1,4 kilometre uzaklıkta yer almaktadır. Üzerinde yerleşim bulunmayan adada terk edilmiş bir kilise mevcuttur.
