Kite Castle is a historic fortress in the Ürünlü neighborhood of the Nilüfer district of Bursa. During the Byzantine period it was one of the region's most important defensive and administrative centers, and it kept its military role under the Ottomans as well. Unlike the other castles of the Bursa plain, it was built not on a steep hilltop but on flat plain ground.
