Üçtepe Höyük is an ancient Near Eastern archaeological site in Diyarbakır Province, about 40 km southeast of Diyarbakır and 10 km southwest of Bismil, near the village of Üçtepe. Rising about 44 m above the plain on the west bank of the Göksu, it is one of the largest mounds in the region. Occupied from the Late Early Bronze Age to the Roman period, it is notable as the discovery location of the Kurkh Monoliths and is thought to correspond to ancient Tushhan.
