Yassıhöyük is a settlement mound located about 25 km north of central Kırşehir, south of the village of Karahıdır. The mound measures roughly 635 by 500 metres and stands 12-13 metres high. It lies about 30 km east of Kaman Kalehöyük in Kırşehir's Kaman district.
