Larisa (Ancient Greek: Λαρίσα) was a town of ancient Caria inhabited in Roman times; Strabo names it among the places called Larisa near Tralles (Aydın), a village about 30 stadia from the city. Older maps place it north of Zeytinköy in the Efeler district of Aydın, while remains found in 1978 near Karagözler village in İncirliova have been identified with Larisa.
