Palaemyndus (Ancient Greek: Παλαιάμυνδος, 'Old Myndos') was a town of ancient Caria near Myndus, its successor. It appears to have been an early Carian settlement, the historical predecessor of Myndus, abandoned after the Dorian Myndus was founded. Its site lies near Bozdağ, west of Peksimet between Turgutreis and Gümüşlük, in the Bodrum district of Muğla.
