Kane (Dikili) is a ancient site in İzmir; Canae (Kane) was, in classical antiquity, a settlement in ancient Aeolis on the island of Argennusa in the Aegean Sea, off the modern Dikili Peninsula near the village of Bademli in present-day Izmir.

Canae (Kane) was, in classical antiquity, a settlement in ancient Aeolis on the island of Argennusa in the Aegean Sea, off the modern Dikili Peninsula near the village of Bademli in present-day Izmir. Argennusa has since joined the mainland as the Kane Promontory off the Dikili Peninsula. Canae is best known as the site of the Battle of Arginusae in 406 BC.
