The tree, known to be of the species Pinus nigra (black pine), has a trunk that splits into 9 forks after 1.50 meters. The tree stands 25 meters tall and covers an area of 465 m². One of the nine forked branches is broken. Estimated to be about 200 years old, the tree's overall health is good.
