Arsinoe was an ancient city on the coast of ancient Cilicia, between Anemurium and Kelenderis, near the modern town of Bozyazı in Mersin Province. Strabo mentions that Arsinoe had a port, and in the 19th century William Martin Leake placed the site at or near the ruined Softa Kalesi castle just west of Bozyazı, where a harbour and a ruin-covered peninsula match Strabo's description.
