Neandreia (Neandrion) was a Greek city in the south-west of the Troad region of Anatolia. Its site lies on Çığrı Dağ, about 9 km east of the ancient city of Alexandria Troas, in the Ezine district of Çanakkale Province.

North-east of Kayacık village, twenty kilometres from Ezine, a city of the Troad stood on Çığrı Dağ, a granite mass some 520 metres high. Within the walls, two hundred and thirty houses and an Aeolic-style temple of Apollo have been identified; the Aeolic capitals from the temple's columns and pediments are now displayed in the Istanbul Archaeology Museums. The three-metre polygonal masonry of the walls points to the fifth century BC, while the temple is thought to have been founded early in the sixth. Its origins are uncertain: a fourth-century AD writer made this the home of Kyknos, the legendary king killed by Achilles, yet there is no evidence of second-millennium settlement on Çığrı Dağ, and neighbouring Kolonai and Tenedos also claim Kyknos.
