Editor's Note
The Karesi Atatürk House, set on a site of about 8,400 m² in the Karesi district of Balıkesir, is a reproduction of the house in Thessaloniki where Mustafa Kemal Atatürk was born. The grounds include a path reminiscent of the Lion Road at Anıtkabir. Work on the project began in August 2020, and it was opened on 10 November 2021.
