At the heart of Ortahisar, the Trabzon History Museum preserves the rich cultural memory of the Black Sea's most important port city. Silver work, ceramics, and artifacts from the Byzantine era form the core of the collection, while old maps and vivid photographs on the walls tell the city's hidden stories.
