The TCDD 3rd Region Museum and Art Gallery is a railway museum in the Alsancak quarter of İzmir's Konak district, operated by the Turkish State Railways. Founded in 1990, it exhibits railway objects, communication equipment and historical documents. Housed in a two-storey lath-and-plaster building, a 2003 restoration arranged its lower floor as a museum and its upper floor as a gallery.
