Editor's Note
Kütahya station is the main railway station of the city of Kütahya, located on the northern perimeter of the city. Built by the Ottoman Anatolian Railway, it opened on 30 December 1894 and lies on the Alayunt-Balıkesir line, marking the start of the Kütahya-Seyitömer branch. Despite the city's population of over 200,000, it remains its only station and is now owned by the Turkish State Railways.
