Editor's Note
The Silifke Atatürk House and Ethnography Museum commemorates Mustafa Kemal Atatürk's overnight stay during his visit to Silifke on 27 January 1925. The two-storey wooden building, originally known as the Hacı Hulusi Mansion, was built in 1914 and, after expropriation and restoration, opened as a museum on 2 January 1987. It displays the items Atatürk used that night along with ethnographic objects.
